Regular shipping is via UPS or FedEx Ground and must have a street address, not a post office box address. In-stock books will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of your order. You will be notified within 3 business days if any item on your order is out of stock. Back order books will be shipped within 10 business days of receipt of your order. If delays in the above schedule are anticipated, you will be notified via e-mail and may cancel or change your order. Your credit card will not be charged until books are ready for shipping. Any book in resaleable condition may be returned within 30 days of shipment from the bookstore for a full refund or merchandise.
